The department has an extensive outreach activity throughout the year, with staff visiting schools and career fair events across the region as well as participating in various STEM-events such as SciFEST, iWISH and Engineer's Week.

We also host class groups for science lab sessions through CIT's Linked Schools (ExploringCIT) programme.
